The Reef Seafood & Steak Restaurant in Wilmington

Had appetizers for lunch. The crab tater tachos and calamari were fantastic. Our bartender, Connie, was great.

Delicious! Amazing hole in the wall! Definitely recommend going here. Ordered there Chesapeake burger and unlike other restaurants the reef gives you lump of crab meet on top of the burger! You see that cheese melted over that lump of crab meat burger was cooked to perfection medium well! Food was brought out fast service great!

Pleasantly surprised! Food is superb. From the appetizers to the crab cakes to the steak, everything is superb. Michelin star quality cuisine...in a food, fun, music-frenzied, neighborhood restaurant.

This place simply knows how to please their clients. Constantly with a super friendly mindset. The food is affordably priced, always delightful and clean.

Good food nice host good prices all you need too know

I got the crab dip and key west sea scallops. I was particularly excited to try their “signature key west” sauce that was supposed to be on top of the scallops, but it wasn’t. They were REALLY over cooked, so maybe they had a lot going on and forgot they were on the stove and then forgot the sauce? Needless to say they were horribly rubbery and I only ate 2 of them. However they do give you about 7 or 8 scallops, had they been cooked a bit less and had the sauce they probably would’ve been perfect.

Horrible customer service! They acted as if they didnt wanna service us, because it was 10:25pm One guy walked to a door by the kitchen & said "Two people just walked in, I'm not staying for no extra hour."

Jamie was an excellent waiter beyond attentive and kind. The food was great. The snow crab legs were nicely seasoned and flavorful. The shrimp were huge and cooked perfectly. Covid 19 guidelines were in place. Reservations needed due to covid 19 Re- opening safety guidelines

LOVE this place!!! The Reef succeeds on (at least) three levels. Friday and Saturday nights, they get great bands. They are a great game day destination, and they're a great seafood restaurant. (They bill themselves as steak and seafood, but I've never tried the steak)The General Charlie's Shrimp is great, as is the Garlic Shrimp. The Reef burger is good, but be sure to try the Chesapeake Burger.

Great food, friendly service, and did I mention great food? Everyone enjoyed their meal and had a wonderful time. About the only bad thing I can think of is that the menu has too many delicious-looking options and we had difficulty deciding! Oh well, we will just have to go back!

My son took me there for Father's Day. The food is great there. People that work there are very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this place

First time ordering for delivery....fast, hot and delicious! Wife got Alaskan crab legs clusters... awesome, good amount. I got steamed gulf shrimp...hot, made perfectly. We WILL be ordering again.

I LOVED our waiter Cole last night. The service was amazing. Sometimes waiters over check on you or try to rush you but he didn't do any of that. He was attentive without being overbearing. He didn't skip a beat answering our questions. I recommend sitting with him.We got the Crab Cluster which was a little over done but good flavor. We also got the crab stuffed shrimp for a starter. Those were amazing. Its a little loud when they have the live band but it's good music. We will definitely be back. It was well worth the drive from NJ

Awesome atmosphere and very amiable service. The meals were fresh and delicious. Will easily recommend this restaurant to friends. Convenient prices and large portions. Good job.

As usual GREAT food and service. I had the ribeye sandwich, Patty had the crab cake sandwich. They were set up for social distancing. Holly was very attentive and friendly.
